Wish I could give this NO star rating. Purchased for my mom for Christmas. She assembled it and it will not turn on. There is no 800 number or website to ask a question. Cannot return as the return time frame expired.

This was fairly easy to mount on the wall, I do not see it being placed on a floor though. This warms the towels very nicely and I love the timer feature. I do not worry about it being left on. I recommend this

Flexible wall mounting or free standing towel warmer
I got this intending to use it free standing, but after seeing it and realizing that the feet are just metal brackets that bolt onto the bottom of each sides upright, I am second guessing how I want to use this. Additionally, the wall mounting brackets are just plastic. It’s pretty easy to see where they cut corners here. Compared to the wall mount warmer I bought from heat genie from another retail site, this thing is very light. I was surprised at how light this was, and I will be honest here, it has we wondering how safe this device is. I do appreciate the fact that it has timer functionality. I haven’t tested it yet with wet towels. I honestly would recommend you look at other options.

Great warmer
This towel warmer was easy to assemble and set up. It does what it says – it warms the towels very nice. This is an item that you never knew you needed until you try it one time. Then you know you have always needed it! Its great for the cooler nights. We lay a couple of throws across it and cuddle up on the couch! The timer is great feature too. You dont have to worry about turning it off.

Good, warms a little slowly though.
I like the idea and in terms of execution it’s a well made product. For the sole purpose of giving you warm towels to dry yourself with, it works well. If you intend to use it to dry damp fabrics, that’ll be tougher. It’s made to warm fabrics that are already dry. Damp items take much longer to heat and dry. Granted, the former is what this was made for and understanding that will allow you to enjoy this much more. It’s lightweight, it has a nice minimal aesthetic, and if nothing else, it gives you more hanging space to place your towels and such.

So good after showering on cold mornings
I love the fact that this doesn’t have to be hardwired into a bathroom. It’s easy to pull out of a closet and stand it up in the bathroom, for those cold mornings. It can be free standing and just plugged into any outlet. It warms up nicely and the timer is a great idea. Once you’ve used it, you can just put it back in the closet until next time. I love that feature. My bathroom isn’t big enough to have it hanging on a wall and I don’t have enough outlets to keep it plugged in all the while. It’s a great luxury, and still perfect if you only have a small space.
