Itâs been in use for a couple of months now and all is well , I intended it to warm the bathroom too which Iâll see this fall /winter, my bath is 6âx12â , Iâve gotten lots of positive views of it , I like that you can do a âcleanâ install by routing the wires into the wall but I just plugged it in as a gfi receptacle was right there . Wife adores it !

Modern & good looking
Not very easy to install and the mounting system is not very solid but it seems good for smaller towels and as long as no one hangs from it. The power system is a cord that you have to cut if you want to install in-wall like I did but itâs tricky due to the fact that there is no room to take the wire slack inside the leg of the unit. I ended up using a Wago connector and itâs working fine.

It just doesnât work well
I am grossly under impressed with this product. We previously had a bucket style tile warmer in our bathroom, which worked really well for about two years. When it stopped working, we decided to try a wall mounted unit since it looks nicer on the wall and we have the space. It was mildly challenging to install on the wall, but we got it on there. Now Iâm left with the disappointment of the fact that it just doesnât work well. The highest temperature is 155. And even when left on for two hours, my towel is only slightly warm. Iâm still in the return window, but unfortunately, after installing it and no longer having the box, I donât think I can return it. Hoping this review steers other people clear because this one just didnât hit the mark.

Easy to install
This product gets very HOT and warms towels before a shower in very little time. I turn it on 1 hour before a shower and the towel is toasty warm. Be careful not to grab the bars because you will burn your hands. You can just plug it into the wall socket or hard wire! Great product for the priceJeff

Update:iâve had a couple weeks to recalibrate my expectations. in my mind i was hoping for the warmth that towels have when they come out of the dryer. thatâs simply not possible with a railing. what it does do well and was a primary desire is it dries my towel when iâm done. iâll also use it from time to time to dry a shirt i donât want to put through a machine wash. a friend recently got one that cost $1400. so for the cost and what it does do, iâve revised my rating.Received this yesterday and installed. Installation was fairly easy though the instructions are very small, needed my reading glasses and strong light. I did the wall plug installation, put my towel on 155 (highest setting) and left it there all night. This morning when I grabbed the towel to dry off it was barely warmer in spots than if left on the rack. The rack itself is fairly warm, but not hot. I purchased this after having a different brand in my airbnb while on a trip. That towel was actually warm. This doesn’t do much at all. Gonna leave the wet towel on throughout the day and see if it at least dries it. Will request a return soon as it doesn’t actually warm the towel. It does look nice and I like the LED control built into the rack, just wish it did its job.

We deal with small space and cold temps in there.This towel warmer racks looks perfect. It has a very sleek and simple design. Using it is also simple; turn it on, selection your temp, set the timer, and you’re good to go. We plug this in since we have an outlet we rarely use next to where we’re hanging it.My kids love that their towels feel warm coming out of the shower and I love that there is space to hang both their towels full on this rack; no more hanging it on a hook and hoping it dries.I will update my review over time if this does not continue to live up to our initial impressions but so far I am very happy with it.

This towel warmer works great, we mostly use it to dry our towels after showers but it works great to warm them nicely if you remember to turn it on 10 mins before your shower. That brings me to my only gripe. I wish this towel warmer had a timer/schedule on/off. Would be nice if it automatically turned on in the morning and stayed on for a set time after. Or that it could be hardwired to a switch/timer switch and not have to use the inputs on the towel warmer itself. Other than that, it looks good, it was easy to hardwire, the size was a bit small for my needs, but thatâs my fault, and the smell was metallic (Amazon suggested I mention how it smells ð¤·ð»ââï¸)

Takes way too long to warm up and ford t get very hot. Not enough to warm both sides of a folded towel or to speed up the drying time of a damp towel.Might be okay for small hand towels but doesnât work well for a bath towel. We returned it.Installation was easy enough and it was a nice looking well built towel rack, but just didnât perform the way we wanted.
