amazing for dry skin and odorless
this cream is all i use on my dry, cracked feet and it works way better than any shea butter etc. the urea is essential. sometimes i use it on my face too and hands. it doesnt smell which is wonderful

Finally….I love you Udderly Smooth Extra 20Care
I am a cancer patient with dry skin, and this product was recommended by my Oncologist. I was peeling layers off of my feet and I started using UDDERLY SMOOTH EXTRA CARE with Urea, and immediately started noticing a difference. It is a great consistency of silky smooth moisture with no oily feel. You only have to use a little bit, as it goes a long way, so it’s definitely affordable. I love it so much, I use it on my dry elbows and hands. It is definitely a new staple product in my home!

Urea cream for exfoliating dead skin
This is a nice hand and body creme to help shed some dead skin. It will leave the skin soft and moist. It has no scent which I like. It is a little thin which is the only reason for 1 less star. You can always trust this brand for quality ingredients.

Really good quality hand and foot cream and for a guy that stands on his feet all day and works with this hands, welding, woodworking, you know, manly-man stuff (LOL!), my tend to dry out and the ol’ feet tend to somewhat crack in the heels.This cream really helps to keep my skin healthy and ready to work and my wife also loves it.No poofy smells, never oily, just a terrific product!

I tend to have very dry skin. I have tried many products but none have come close to this cream. It moisturizes my skin so well that it stays moisturized for hours! The consistency is thicker and right when you take some out of the container, you can feel the difference between this cream and other creams. I just ordered three more containers so I donât run out. This is my new forever cream!

Wonderful. Highly recommend for keratosis pilaris
This is really an excellent product. I have tried various lotions for keratosis pilaris and dry skin. Treatments for keratosis pilaris include: urea, AHAs (glycolic acid, lactic acid), and BHAs (salicylic acid). Amlactin (lactic acid) works but the smell used to be weird- not sure if improved now. I used cerave SA lotion when it only cost around $10; salicylic acid is a less expensive ingredient and that product is way too expensive now. My 2 favorite treatments for kp are this 20% urea cream and lotion with ~12% glycolic acid. I have seen many articles with recommendations for lotions/creams for kp that are way too expensive. Not necessary to spend so much when Udderly Smooth makes unscented urea cream and there are also unscented glycolic acid lotions/creams available for under $20. Another lotion I have not tried yet but is a good product based on ingredients and price is Eucerin Roughness Relief; for those that dont need as high a concentration of urea (kp not as severe), that would be a good option.-advice from a medical student who has very dry, rough, flaky skin (without lotions) and keratosis pilaris

I didn’t like how it made my hands feel
I have super dry skin and wanted to use this to try to combat the dryness and peeling I experience. It feels super soft going on but as it starts to dry it left the weirdest cakey feeling all over my hands and it felt terrible. About 15+ minutes later the cakey feeling starts to fade a little. I wanted to love this but I cannot stand that dry cakey feeling, so I had to return it.

This works well – after seeing chiropodist who used a similar product my hard dry skin on feet is disappearing and flaking off gradually. Downside have to be careful it makes your feet very slippery on hard floors and leaves marks on eg bath mats – put your socks or slippers on immediately after applying!
