very nice, long lasting scent!
I bought this reed diffuser a month ago and still it smells wonderful. I put it in my upstairs hall bathroom for guests and now when I walk upstairs, I am greeted with a nice fine scent of apples and cinnamon about mid-way up the stairs. I’ve tried using other brands of essential oils in a bowl in a room – but within a short time of it exposed to the air, the scent is gone. The reeds seem to really do a much better job making a room smell nice – and they last a lot longer. As mentioned, they have been in the guest bathroom for a month and less than a quarter of it has evaporated. Sure, reeds can be a bit messier than other methods (you have to turn them over when the scent reduces) so it gets on your hands and nearby surfaces – and they are very oily, of course. I usually have a paper towel handy and do it over a sink. I’ve enjoyed this reed diffuser so much, I recently ordered another scent from this company for my bedroom.

Nice bottle
They have a good variety of oils to choose from, but fragrance is way off. Purchased the bamboo and the fragrance is like a knock off mens musk. Smells nothing like bamboo or earthly.Would like to try maybe one more fragrance before making it my last with this product.Edit: With the next purchased product of a different scent can say is way better! They have excellent customer service and they reached out to make everything right!

One Star because it looks nice and doesn’t take up a lot of shelf space –
Since this is Christmastime, I searched and ordered a diffuser that would give that Christmas Tree/Holiday scent we all love at this time of year. Upon opening and setting the reeds in place, the scent was rather faint, but I thought maybe after a day or two the scent would be more noticeable . . . not. So, I placed it in my bathroom, it being a small room thinking the scent would then be noticeable . . . not.I would have to say as well, that it really doesn’t smell like a forest – more like a lemony cleaning odor. Instructions say to remove the reeds after a bit and place them the other side down into the bottle of oil for better scent . . . not, and it was a bit of a mess not to get oil dripped on and around the bottle (do it in the sink if you must for easier clean-up). It was a bit pricey compared to a few others, but I was given an Amazon gift card from my sister for my Birthday and am sorry now that this is what I chose to purchase on Amazon. I don’t recommend this item; take a real walk in the forest, get yourself a real Christmas Tree and some real pine boughs to decorate with, and then you will have that wonderful scent!

Too Minty
The mint overpowers the eucalyptus. The reeds hold the scent well. If youâre in to the smell of mint, you will like this. If you want more of a eucalyptus scent, this oneâs not for you.

GREAT Product
I absolutely love this! The Balsam Forest aroma is subtle and pleasing, not too strong, not to mention the decorative jar is a super attractive addition to any room. As soon as I received it, I turned around and ordered another one for myself, as well as one for each of my sisters for their upcoming birthdays. Highly recommend!

The product looks exactly as pictured. Very attractive. The fragrance filled the space without being too overpowering, however, it did have an artificial scent to it and it gave me a headache. This may just be my personal sensitivity to it. I did open it and put the reeds in it so I will not be returning it.UPDATE: I am changing my to 5 stars due to the excellent customer service I received. The company reached out to me to offer me a full refund and said they hoped I would give them another try. I did, with a different scent (Lavender and Sandalwood), and I love it. Itâs not too floral and not too woodsy, perfectly balanced⦠and best of all no headache whatsoever. Iâve just ordered another bottle so I can put it in my office!

Not Strong Enough or Accurate Scent Description
Although the scent is not over powering, it also is not strong enough in comparison to other brands we have purchased. Upon receipt, we strategically placed it in our guest bathroom and waited a few hours before checking the fragrance, ultimately becoming disappointed that the fragrance was very slight, but also not as described. Instead of a Vanilla Tobacco, it was just a hint of cinnamon.
