Did not work in my car, until I figured this out…
I bought this for my car and I even bought the most powerful charger I could find. It works in the house, but not in my car? The charger(s) work. I have 2 portals in my car. I use them for my phone and they light up just fine. The diffuser does not work with them. Extremely disappointed. I will keep it for my home, but I am still looking for one that will work in my car. EDIT!~ It does not work unless you take out any rubber holders in the cup holder. I guess the bottom sucks in air in order to push it out, so you don’t want it fit in snug? It works great, now! Changed my rating.

Simple to use. Quiet well designed and unabtrusive. No mess. May order more. Perfect gift. Made well. I use it in the kitchen to help with cooking odors. I use woodsy scent essential oil and this also provides relaxing aromatherapy.

Lasted about 6 Weeks
This diffuser was bought for use in a car. Although it worked fine when we first got it and tried it out in our apartment, it never really worked in our car (a new model Mitsubishi). About every 5 times we tried it in the car, it worked. Then it just stopped working at all–whether in the car or in the house. The power light would come on but not mist. If we left it on (hoping it would eventually mist), a puddle of water would form on our countertop. A waste of money.

Cheap construction but does the job!
Excited to receive this aromatherapy diffuser to zen out on my way to/from yoga and dance classes and although the constructiom feels a little cheap it and there is no intermittent option but it does the job! It’s super light weight and easy to use and look is sleek. Not much to complain about. Holding up so far after a few uses in the car! Hope it lasts!

Works exactly as described
Very happy customer. The item works exactly as described. The color fits perfectly with the interior of my vehicle. There is a mechanism on the inside of the carafe where the manufacturer warns not to allow water to touch the area otherwise the product may malfunction. Unsure if it could be designed differently because there could be potential for the water inside of the carafe to touch this zone IF water is poured beyond the fill line so I would just warn to be careful not to pour water above the designated line. Overall, the diffuser serves it’s purpose perfectly producing a very noticeable mist. I would also recommend purchasing an oil that will not overpower the inside of your vehicle.

I love the design, its clean and looks good. My only question that I can’t seem to find the answer to is ‘does the unit shut down if there is no water remaining?’ I have shut it off before it runs out but if it does shut itself off if it runs dry, I would enjoy it more, without worrying about running for hours, dry. ***** ADDING THIS A FEW DAYS LATER! It DOES shut off If water level goes too low!! I just didnât see that in the includes directions! Iâve left it in at night and itâs great!Be aware that in a car, there must be a little air space below the unit , so if itâs a tight fit, youâll need to put something underneath to prop it up a little so air can circulate.The 2 modes are really nice. 1st setting is continuous and it says, for 3 hours. 2nd mode pauses after a few seconds and the light dims so you can see that is happening. I purchased 2 and use them everyday…. also sent one as a gift!

Loved it while it lasted
This little diffuser was efficient and handy. I used it in the car and in hotel rooms, camping cabins, and Airbnbs. It put out a good amount of mist to spread the essential oil. Unfortunately it broke this week. The on button went into the body of the diffuser, so it can’t be turned on. I purchased it in April and now it was already broken. A bit disappointed in that.

Arrived on time and packaged to protect item .Not overpackaged making less waste. Diffuser came as described and I really liked the size. I have used it in car and really like to have it going when on laptop. It fills the area around my work area. I use distilled water and fill only to marked line. Unit does not turn on is over fill line. Thought I had broke it but poured small amount out and the unit works. This may be helpful to some. A few drops of essential oil and its ready to go. USB cable is 38 inches, great length. I plug it into laptop or a power bank. 5v . I have several large diffusers and am very pleased with this portable one. I like to turn off after about an hour to add few more drops of essential oil then continue .
