No more leg cramps in the middle of the night for me!
I rub this magnesium creme on my legs and feet every night before I go to bed. It absorbs directly into the muscles and prevents leg cramps during my sleep. I have also taken magnesium orally for leg cramps, however you have to take just the right amount to avoid loose bowels and too much magnesium can impact the heart rhythm, both of which I have experienced. So now I rub about a tablespoon into each leg and foot, and I’m good to go. No waking up with a horrific leg cramp that you have to jump out of bed in the middle of the night and stand on to calm it down. With the creme I simply don’t get the leg cramps and get to sleep without disturbance. .

I’m waiting to see actual results. It smells nice, and is a good moisturizer, so that’s why I’m giving it 3 stars. If the review doesn’t change, then I never saw results 𤣠I’ll update if it gets better.

Works for restless muscle achy crampys in my legs
This works for my crampy achy restless legs. I have a tendency to get crampy restless legs at night that only stop bothering me if I move them on a normal basis and now being pregnant it has been worse. This definitely gives me relief. I was shocked honestly I thought it was going to be a waste of money. It smells soothing and feels a little tingly when applied and then next thing I know I’m asleep because my legs aren’t bothering me anymore!

I used to drink lavender tea before bed, then I started to use it, it does work. First of all, I do love the flavor of Lavender, just about the right amount and smell so good, it calms my nerve. Secondly, the cream does stay on my skin for over night, I just noticed that when I took shower at the next day morning, I know it is a good product if stays on your skin longer. Lastly, it does help me to fall asleep. I will purchase again!

This cream helps me fall asleep within 15-20 mins of applying it to my feet and legs by soothing and relaxing my muscles. It also helps moisturise and hydrate my feet as a suffer from very dry feet during winter. It’s a bit on the pricey side but it does the job. Oh, and it smells amazing; not overpowering!

This is a really nice cream and it smells so good. I bought this to put on my toddlers feet as I’ve heard that magnesium cream can help with sleep. He still slept terribly lol but it’s only been one night so hopefully it will improve with time. Regardless, it’s a really nice cream even without the sleep benefits.
