Warms up the bathroom
I bought this because of the review that says it warms the bathroom. I don’t even care about warm towels. But it does warm the bathroom up which is great because I have no heat in my bathroom since it’s an old house that used to have an oil furnace with baseboard heaters that got replaced. This is way easier than running ductwork.Install notes:Make sure all of the Allen screws are removed before you go to hang this up.This is a precise fit so you want to take multiple measurements and use a Level. I used toggle bolts and tightened them just to a point where they weren’t over tightened and I could still tap them to move them slightly. So I would test fit it, see that one of the anchors didn’t line up, take it back down tap the anchors, repeat. However I could’ve just loosened the screws and moved the posts slightly and re-tighten them.

Very good
There is a wilderness of 4 star heated towel racks out there. After installing this one yesterday, I’m really pleased. It exceeded my expectations.I chose this one because it has a timer feature. I bought it to dry towels after a shower and it works well for that. It has more bars than other warmers, which is where the heating elements are. This one heats up quickly, gets too hot to touch, 135 F by my IR therm.HArdwired this one; I just cut the plug off per the instructions. Instructions were entirely adequate and I found the unit intuitive to install and cleverly engineered. I can see others having a challenge if you do not have experience but if you use the included template and anchor it adequately, it is really solid.Tip: Buy your own self drilling drywall anchors like these, and throw the included ones away:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0BG2YTSL8/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1Use a longer ball-end allen wrenches or a straight bit, or be prepared to tediously tighten the set (grub) screws w included 2.5 mm allen. It is pretty substantial, I expected thinner walled material but it is not. The standoff tubes mount over these round cleats that are convex and mounted to the wall. You can use a stud or drywall/concrete anchors. The set screw is tightened against the cleat and the convex shape prevents it from moving. That is not likely clear uppn first read but might help as you start to install.I have no experience with othertowel warmers but prices vary widly and this one seems fairly priced. I bought a used one and saved $40 and could not see any evidence of unpacking really.

So far so good. Looks great and warms up nicely
Considering there are so many similar products with bad reviews I am glad I took the chance with this rack cause so far it is a winner. The electric towel rack looks great and has a solid feel. It is fairly easy to install for a non DIYer such as myself, I did have some help with the electrical. It heats up nicely and is hot to the touch once it reaches temperature, not burning hot but very warm. Now I can only hope it will last the test of time and continue to function or not rust.

Great towel warmer/Fantastic Customer Service
This towel warmer is perfect for my bathroom. I like the size and the fact that the plug can be on either side which is very convenient for the location of the outlet in the space. Very few towel warmers have that feature. However just before 3 months had passed, it stopped working. I contacted the seller and the seller immediately replaced the unit. I appreciate their customer service.

Love it. Heats the bathroom as I had hoped.
I needed a wall heater for a bathroom that couldn’t be added to the HVAC system without adding ugly duct work. All the wall mounted heaters are ugly. This is beautiful and I was hoping it would work as a heater for the bathroom as well as a towel warmer. I was surprised that none of the reviews of this or similar products mentioned anything about this. Took a chance…works great. Heats the bathroom, and if you want a warm towel that works too.

Looks great and warms quickly
Just finished a bath remodel and had a space for this and I’m glad I bought it. It warms quickly and dries towels in a short period. Looks nice too.Two issues to be aware of. First, the instructions are bad, really bad. They don’t identify which parts are required for each step, just a few line drawings. Plan to put it together and take it apart a few times before you get it complete. Second, there is zero room for error in mounting. You must be dead on with your holes. Not off by an eighth of an inch or slightly off level figuring there’s some fudge room. There is not. Measure several times before you drill a hole… then measure again and again. You must be exact. All of that said, once it’s mounted and you power it up, you’ll forget how long it took to get there. The function is worth the hassle. Works great.

To start, I have to say, the rack works as described, the problem is, I didnât really know how I wanted it to work. This was easy to install and aesthetically pleasing, however, the functionality of it is where itâs lacking.Although it has lots of bars to choose from and even has a couple of hooks on the side for a couple of extra hand towels or towels that are dry but not necessarily in need of being super warm. Speaking of warmth, I really donât find this rack warms the towels very well.Yes you can set a timer, but the timer is not to preset the rack to turn on at a desired time for say, like first thing in the morning before you even wake like the coffee maker. So that when you get in the shower it will be all warmed up for you. The timer is basically allowing you to turn it on and select 2 or 4 hours of run time.So if youâve forgotten to turn it on with enough time to warm your towel before getting out of the shower, it will neither be dry nor warm if youâre under 15 mins in the shower. Another option I am disappointed I didnât pay closer attention to is the ability to adjust the temperature. It has 2 settings, on or off, that is your temperature choice. So a word of advice would be to really think about what you want from a towel warming rack and make sure you spring for those features.Sadly I really didnât know until I already had it installed. Now I feel Iâm stuck with it since Iâve put holes in the walls and wired it in.I can return it and spend the money to crack fill and sand and prime and paint the wall that I had it installed on but chances are Iâm gonna learn to live with this option and perhaps if it stops working outside of the warranty period, then I will consider an upgrade at that time.I think my preference would be to get a warming bucket. They seem to have a better reputation for those who want a warm towel when they step out of the tub/shower.My only concern with the bucket, is will it in fact dry the towel over night seeing as itâs stuffed into a barrell with a lid on it. Of course i donât retrieve a freshly laundered towel every time I shower. Itâs wasteful and quite frankly, lends to too much extra work doing unnecessary laundry. I tend to get 3-4 uses out of my bath sheets, after all, itâs only been used on my clean body.Hope this review is concise and found to be helpful for anyone new to the hunt for a apt towel warming rack.

Bought this to dry coats in our mudroom and provide a bit of warmth in there, as it is otherwise unheated. It looks ok, but is small and doesnât do much – coats barely heat up at all. To be fair, we are in the north of BC. Maybe it is meant for warmer homes and/or bathrooms only.
