Good quality.
We like this towel warmer. It works as advertised. It is great size – not too small and not to big – perfect for our guest bathroom. Really liked the 2, 4 hours auto shut off timer function, so we do not have to remember to turn it off manually at night.

Finish exactly what i wanted
Liked the ease of instructions AND the fact that the cardboard insert was a template for installation! (Else it would have been hard for some people as drill measurements are in metric.) Easy to install, even though I had to change locations due to a surprise metal plate in the wall. Gave a short test to ensure heating, but can’t wait to really use it. I may change my review based on it’s heating capabilities.

Electrical Issues
Bought this and plugged into non-GFCI circuit (by mistake) and unit worked without issue. Installed and plugged into proper GFCI outlet and immediately tripped the outlet. Plugged other devices into same outlet without issue. Uninstalled unit and plugged into other GFCI outlets and immediately tripped the outlet. Ordered replacement thinking it was just a faulty unit. Exactly the same with replacement unit. Plugged into multiple GFCI outlets before installing and all outlets tripped. I know the outlets are not the issue and don’t think I simply got 2 faulty units. I’m wondering if those providing good reviews are not using proper GFCI outlets.

This is defective
This towel warmer is defective and blows fuses every time its turned on. I have tried to return it but since we couldn’t get it installed until 2 days after its return period I’m stuck with it and cant get any help from customer service

The unit is well built and also with clear instructions. The rack is warming up the bath towel very well.

Works well. Holds up to 3 bath towels comfortably. Heats up quickly.One of the wall brackets had to be placed off kilter otherwise the warmer wouldnât work. Strange, but true. Product works well and bracket is covered by a towel so not noticeable, but thought Iâd mention – thatâs the only reason this product didnât get 5 stars. Great warmer though.
