Not very good
This is horrible. I would strongly recommend you look for a different brand and perhaps pay a bit more to get better quality. Once you go to the trouble of installing a towel warmer you are stuck with it (especially if mounting on tile as I am) so it is worth getting a decent one imo. The tower warmer I received is warped, does not install to the wall without bending and forcing, and the towel rail does not fit properly – it is loose and does not mount flush/square to the unit. The unit also rattles as if something is loose when you pick it up, reducing my confidence that it is electrically safe. It looks to me like I received a unit that had been returned after a previous purchaser failed to install it. Of course I ordered it in advance of when my bathroom remodel was complete so the return window has closed now but that doesn’t prevent me from warning others. In my second bath I have a Denby towel warmer that is far superior construction quality and that I would recommend.

Doesnât get very hot. Just warm to the touch and not enough to warm a towel. Not worth the cost and installation

We purchased this towel warmer for a small bathroom renovation. It looks good and we enjoy wrapping up in a warm towel after a shower. We have only had it installed for a week but have heard it will help dry the area out as well
