Great quality, long shipping time
Took about 3 weeks to get here, but once it got here it is really nice quality, heavyweight watercolor sheets, a nice cover, sturdy binding… as long as you do not need it fast, I’d recommend it.

Great little watercolor sketch book
This took forever to actually get to me, so I had moved on to other projects in the meantime. When I finally received it, I found a nice little sketchbook with 40 pages of 140lb, acid free paper, all contained in a nice, green fabric-wrapped cover. I immediately liked it, and at 4âx6â itâs a fantastic size for small sketches and taking with you virtually anywhere. Thereâs also a band to keep the cover closed while not in use, which will help protect the pages.Iâm still getting to know it, but in my testing, it takes water well, and the paper is durable enough to allow for some lifting and adjusting. Dry brushing is also possible, but the paper is still somewhat smooth so set your expectations. Right now I think a line (or pen) and wash technique would be perfect, and Iâm looking forward to trying it this spring (when itâs not 30 degrees with a strong wind chill. I wish it came in more colors, but Iâm getting another one as a gift. Recommended.

Nice Chunky Watercolor Sketchbook
I can’t wait to fully dive into this sketchbook. the size is great. It’s thick and chunky and the page size is great. The elastic holds the whole thing shut snuggly. The cover is hard and sturdy feeling. The fabric on the cover has a great texture and looks fantastic. It’s a shame I’m going to get paint all over it.I also like that there isn’t a brand name slapped all over it. it’s just plain. I like that a lot.The pages look like they are securely stitched into the book. The pages are not perforated and I like this a lot. Good choice.

Good for travel
I feel like this paper isnât better to paint on than some journals I have with cheaper paper, but I really like that the pages lay flat. I also like the 4×6 size and the pretty green cover. I used tape on the edges of my painting I did in this journal and the paper held up very nicely, it didnât rip the paper at all and the edges were nice and smooth. The paper in cheaper journals I have canât handle tape and rip almost every time. This little book will be great for practice as it is nice and thick and can handle several washes. I think the $14 price is comparable to other books this size and quality.

Lovely!
This small sketchbook is great for the aspiring water colorist. I really like the cover, it’s beautiful. Then the paper inside is so delightfully thick. It hasn’t buckled from me watercoloring on it yet. I really really like this book. It’s great for small projects, and a lot of times, that’s all I have time for.
