Getting a better nights sleep
I have had issues getting a good nights sleep for the last few years. It seems I can’t sleep more than a few hours at a time and when I wake, I have trouble getting back to sleep. My mind just seems to start racing. I also have pretty chronic pain from arthritis and back and neck injuries. So when I saw hemp with ashawagandha and melatonin I had to give it a try. It not only helps me sleep better, but it seems I wake up in less pain and not at all groggy. As if my body has relaxed over night. I still wake up during the night, but I get right back to sleep. I am not a fan of pharmaceuticals, so for me this is a really nice product.

Good but not best
Hemp oil capsules are all good, relieving pain, joint aches, assisting better sleep, and increasing daily energy, but this is not hemp oil. Experiment with dosage to see what works best for you. I need a higher daily dosage than this formula provides. The product description is misleading.

Helps with my sleep and arthritis
I started taking this a year ago and it seems to help with my arthritis so it is not as painful and it helps me relax and fall to sleep easier and stay asleep. I have tried several other productsbut they definitely do not help me relax andfall asleep like this does. As I have gotten older falling asleep is harder and sometimes not at all but with this it removes that and I have less problems. I have osteoarthritis and I’ve had it since I was 18. Yes, it is for old folks but not in my case so I have taken all kinds of stuff through the years but this helps the best. Highly recommend it and I will continue to use it daily. Now I will say this, it says tke 1 pill twice a day so don’t take it first thing in the morning or you might be going back to sleep. I usually give myself a rest period in the middle of the day so Itake it then and at night.

This stuff is saving my mental life right now.
As someone with decades of sleep and anxiety problems I’ve always had troubles. Not only does this stuff allow me to sleep like a baby for the first time in 20 years but it also helps my brain slow down enough to actually fall asleep and stay asleep. I’m a light sleeper and a heavy lucid dreamer so sleep can be stressful to even think about sometimes and this is a game changer. I cannot recommend it enough, this is not a paid review, I would spend my last 20 bucks on it if I had to. Just buy it, it’s worth a try and less $$ and risk than any prescription you’ll ever get and zero side effects other than just feeling calm and rested the next day. I went from, almost constant, panic attack to chill in like 3 days..

IDEAL for health junkies looking to up their sleep game
I started wearing BOTH a Whoop strap and a Garnin Vivosmart 4 monitoring bracelet before I started to take these. I established my average/typical sleep patterns and I am really glad I did because doing that allowed me to gauge the EXACT areas I improved in after adding these supplements to my bedtime routine.The results were nothing short of astonishing.As shown, on the nights I took two of these within thirty minutes of my bedtime my recovery/HRV went up almost 30%. My REM/deep sleep went up 28-40% which was an increase of 8-15% over the previous week before I started taking these. My guess is, my body needed, but was not getting, deeper sleep. Other important side notes: my respiratory rate improved, dropping to 15.3 RPM consistently on nights I took these as opposed to my previous weekly average of 15.8 RPM. They say that small changes like that arenât meaningful, but I have asthma so any improvement in my breathing is meaningful. According to my Garmin band, my pulse ox rate also stabilized and improved rising 1% from 95% to 96% and staying there for a solid week. I had previously experienced unexplained sudden drops in my pulse ox levels at night but a few days into the week I started taking these supplements, those drops disappeared.To confirm that this supplement was the reason for the changes: I stopped taking this supplement for one week, and my body bounced back to my previous averages. The photo enclosed shows the drastic improvement my first night of taking it after one week of purposely not.In conclusion, here are the pros:* Increased REM/deep sleep to 30/40%* Increased HRV to 37 ms and boosted recovery by almost 30%* Unexpected pro: improved respiratory rate and pulse ox possibly from improved sleep* Additional pro: No drowsiness the next morning. I felt clear headed and ready for my day.Unexpected pro: After taking this product for one week, I felt less reliant on a morning stimulant. I still drank my morning cup of coffee, but it was because I love that habit and find it comforting. I purchased this item for generalized discomfort that I experience. I have been taking 2 tablets daily. I have noticed a decrease in the discomfort I was experiencing. I plan to continue taking this to minimize my discomfort. As for the ashwagandha and me!atonin, don’t really see much of an effect from either. In reading previous reviews where questions have been asked about the product itself, ie how much melatonin and/or ashwagandha the product contains, seems to get no response from Wellution. These are legitimate questions that should be answered by potential consumers of their product. A company response from a potential customer’s inquiry is basic customer service. The bottle does not give you the amount of hemp extract, melatonin, or ashwagandah each capsule contains. I would have to say I am 50/50 on whether or not I would purchase this product again.*****UPDATE***** Company does not fulfill it’s advertisement for “GET YOUR NEXT BOTTLE FOR FREE” Been waiting for over a year, got nothing!
