Vitamin E is a great antioxidant
I like this particular brand because it is a wholefood Vitamin E that I enjoy taking with a meal, once a day. It is great as an anti-oxidant for my over all health, and also great to use when taking breaks from other stronger healing supplements, and to aid in maintaining healthy nails and hair.

I am alergic to soy. Almost all of the vitamin E supplements are made with soy beans. The vitamin E that is made with sunflowers did not cause allergic reaction but delivered the same benefits as the soy bean based vitamin

This is my favorite Vitamin E gel cap in the Vitamin E category.
This product is Non GMO, No Soy gel cap. I do not get any swallowing problems or rashes, as I have with some other ones. It does the job and helps me get healthier each day and that is what matters to me. It hasvalue for the money!

The bottle cap arrived cracked and broken. Thankfully there was a good seal on the bottle so Iâm not worried about broken plastic in the bottle. But I put the capsules in a different container for safety. Hope they fix this because I like the ingredients.
