There is more room then I expected. You can fit 2 towels and a small throw blanket at the same time. Not hard to work and have a 24 hour setting

Horrible Purchase
Iâve been going in circles with this seller over this horrible towel warmer. The product came with a different instruction manual to another product. The product doesnât heat up the towels. After waiting 30 + minutes to take the towel out, it was still cold. The remote doesnât work at all. The seller wants me to PAY TO SHIP this broken item back before I can get a refund. Iâll gladly send this mess back. Why do I have to pay for shipping? The seller refuses to do anything to resolve this issue. The seller keeps telling me to put dry batteries in the remote. WHAT? To fix the towel warmer, they told me to install a dryer battery into the product. WHAT? DONâT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS SELLER NOR THIS TOWEL WARMER. BOTH ARE HORRIBLE.

This was so great with our family front he hubs to the baby. You just put your towel in at the beginning of your shower or bath and when you get out you have a nice warm towel to wrap up in. We have also used it for our baby girls blanket when we get ready to leave so her blanket is warm in the car!

This might be my first Amazon dislike. I tried it out for a few weeks and here is the details. No matter how long you leave it on, the items are never more than luke warm. What does that mean? 30 seconds out and they are back to room temp. Because things donât get super warm, though the basket can fit multiple towels, really only one is all it can get warm at a time. Itâs simple to use as there is only a power button and a timer with settings for 15, 30, 45, and 60 minutes. Iâve tried warming things in all intervals and again, luke warm to cold really fast. The lid can be hard to close at times but there is a lock on it for safety. Iâll be returning because it has to defective or super poorly made.
