    Extremely handy
    Tracking my workouts was not something I ever really worried about. To be honest, I got this journal on a whim and didn’t really know if I would ever use it. To my surprise, it has been great! It’s so easy to jot everything down to keep track of your progress. It’s small enough that it can stay on my desk so that I remember to use it without it taking up too much space. Sometimes it’s easier to see your progress when it’s written down, and that can be a huge motivation to keep pushing yourself. I’ve also been using the journal to track my diet…not always perfectly. But it’s handy to see how much I was able to push myself based off of what I’d been putting into my body. I have high blood pressure, so I’ve also been using this as a place to keep track of my readings. It’s convenient to have all of the information in one place, readily available to relay to my doctor. Tracking my fitness is definitely something that I intend to keep up with in the future.
