Our story

How we got our start A severe injury in 2016 prevented our founder, Ben, from training. Eager to keep his mind occupied, Ben wanted to help others achieve their goals and improve their overall wellbeing. Our Workout Logs were designed with one goal in mind: To be simple to use and extremely efficient.     Perfect for visual people
    When I bought this, my boyfriend was like why did you buy that? I prefer to write stuff down than to have it on my phone. Even though having my phone is easier because I always have it on me, I love having this journal for a tangible object. It’s perfect for keeping track of reps and weights so that way I can progress in my workouts. The hardest part is remembering to bring it with me to the gym. It also increases my motivation because I can push myself to beat last weeks weight. I love this thing.

    Portable and handy!
    Portable and handy! Started using the logbook and I’ve now used about half of the pages. Great to see my workout days and progress all in one place. The book is small enough for my rather small gym satchel and I bought a couple to continue when this one is full. I’ll be getting more!

    Easy to use
    I absolutely love this workout log book. I love that it simplifies logging your reps and weight. This is my 5th log book and I use it daily. There is a page for goals and also a page to track your progress. It’s everything you need in a workout training diary.

    Tiny – not a lot of room to write
    Love the format and love the front cover. Just wish it was bigger….meaning the lines and boxes provided to write on are really small. I have to scrunch everything together and shrink my natural handwriting down just to fit information in legibly. Also, the fact that it was $14 and is tiny also came at a surprise. Guess I should have more carefully read the reviews.

    Llegó en pésimas condiciones, estaba mojado/despintado de la parte inferior y algo “pandeado”. No tenía ninguna bolsa de protección ( compre otro con diferente proveedor y tenía bolsa de protección)En cuanto al contenido viene lo que promete.

    Das Fitness Logbuch in A5 mit dem pfirsichrosa Design ist ein toller Begleiter für meine Trainingsroutine. Die Struktur ist durchdacht: Es gibt genügend Platz für Ziele, Trainingseinheiten und Fortschrittsnotizen. Besonders hilfreich finde ich die Übersichtlichkeit und das kompakte Format – perfekt für die Sporttasche!Das Design ist modern und motivierend, jedoch könnten die Seiten etwas robuster sein, da sie bei häufigem Blättern leicht knicken. Zudem wäre es schön, wenn ein paar zusätzliche Inspirationen oder Tipps für Workouts enthalten wären.Insgesamt ein sehr praktisches und stilvolles Trainingstagebuch, das ich gerne benutze. Klare Empfehlung mit minimalem Verbesserungspotenzial!

    There isn’t anything which I can criticise about this little book. The first page has a section for training goals, and the last few pages make it possible to track progress – weight, body fat, measurements etc. In between are many clear, well designed and attractive pages.This book has everything you need – with room for specific exercises, cardio types and notes (each day). A nice touch is the section for rest intervals and tempo.I am very much looking forward to using this in my training. Yes, you can purchase various cheaper alternatives across the web BUT I have found these are not as sturdy, do not have enough room to track exercises, and the general quality is not as good as this workout log. The cover is sturdy and the pages are not flimsy.Moving forwards, I would love to see a greater range of designs 🙂 It is clear that a great deal of time and effort has been spent planning this log, and I am glad to be supporting a small business.
