Flimsy and lukewarm.
This unit needs pre-warmed towels to even keep heat after 1 hour. In addition, the door has cracked and the magnetic closure has broken, falling into the door housing. This unit was unpacked new in the same room where it is used. Very poor quality, cannot recommend.

UV bulb went out and cannot be replaced
This hot towel cabi does heat extremely well. Almost too hot, dangerously hot. BUT, my UV bulb for sanitation has gone out in less than 6 months and it is impossible to get into the compartment to change it. Find a cabi with the UV bulb exposed so you can change it when it goes out. I have to order a whole new unit now and I will absolutely be looking for better quality. This cabi is a no for me.

Bigger than expected – rusting already
Dont get me wrong I love the warmer it fits 4 hand towels nicely (I use warm towels for my massage clients feet) but even though when I am done I turn it off and open the door and wipe it down, it is already rusting. I will keep using it, I really like it, but I think if it was painted better or sealed better around door seal it wouldnt rust. Its not even 2 months old and it is rusting. And its pretty big even though 4 hand towels fit inside the actual size of the warmer is big as a microwave. lol I just find a good spot for it out of the way but luckily I have a big room. Its lightweight too so I can move it out of my massage room quickly and easily if I need to.

Poor quality product
Purchased brand new a few years ago & the heating element got weak.They replaced it with a new one.Condensation drips excessively when the door it opened, (not dripping in drip catcher under door)And now the uv light burnt out and it’s not accessible to replace.I will not purchase from this company again.

Looks arenât everythingâ¦Did NOT lastâ¦..
I opened my solo massage practice August 18th, 2020. I purchased this item because it was black and it would look nicest in my new office space. It worked well for 9-10 months then the UV light function stopped working. But at least it still warmed my towels beautifully. But in September 4th, 2021 it stopped turning on altogether. My last hot towel cabinet I had for 4 years and I purchased it used. Iâm just disappointed it: 1. Didnât last longer than 13 months and 2. Didnât die before my warranty period expired.
