Perfect for Bullet Journaling
I purchased this bujo for my 2025 reading journal. The 160 GSM pages are both smooth and of very nice quality. They are definitely thick enough to resist bleed through.I attached a photo of the pen test page, which is in the back of the journal, after using a few popular bullet journaling supplies. Nothing bled through and there was only very light ghosting for the Karin Brushmaker Pro, which is to be expected since they are very juicy markers. Tomboys do not bleed through nor ghost and the back of the page stays smooth when writing on the front (No raised outline from previous writing). I believe all water based markers should work well with the paper, and though i havenât tested it, alcohol markers will probably bleed through, so if you plan to use Copic or Ohuhu, i wouldnât recommend. In the very front of the journal is your nameplate page along with a key and three index pages. This journal also includes a guide for grid spacing, which is very useful for planning out spreads. Two ribbon bookmarks are attached to the journal, one black and one gray. The front cover feels smooth and of a very nice material which will probably fare well enough throughout however long you may use this journal. Highly recommend!

Super cute and practical!
I got the pink journal and itâs so cute! Itâs a soft pink and the gold foiled moon and stars are beautiful. The cover is a soft touch feeling and it has an elastic that wraps around the journal to keep it closed.I like how they included a grid guide on a separate sheet that you can fold and put in the small accordion folder in the back of the journal. I know that the guide is going to be suuuuper helpful and will take the guess work out of anything when making any tables or charts since itâs double sided (one side has the formatting in portrait and on the back itâs in landscape).I also enjoyed the set up in the first pages. When you open the journal it has a personal info page, then a symbol key page, and finally a few set up index pages, before getting into the actual blank dotted pages. The dotted pages themselves have dashed lines where the middle dots should be on both the top and the sides, so itâs easier to find the middle dot if youâre making a line downwards or across a page and want to split it evenly. There is also a little + on the very middle dot on the page so you can find the middle of it all easily. It also has a ribbon bookmark! The pages are a good thickness and I donât think many of the pens and markers I plan on using are going to be a problem. The journal itself feels sturdy and I think will hold up to normal wear and tear well enough. I really love it and it definitely met my expectations when it arrived 🙂

Very Nice Journal for the Price
I like the look of this journal – I love anything celestial themed. I am trying to start the habit of daily journaling for 2025. Whether itâs words or doodles. Paper quality is very nice. Thereâs some slight bleed through with my alcohol markers.

Value to quality is awesome. Arrived with damage.
I wanted a cheaper option with good paper quality to start my bullet journaling journey after years of buying designed planners for 8 or so years. The paper quality was my biggest requirement followed by the dot grid design. For what I wanted this journal meets my marks. Functional as a bullet journal and the provided grid spacing, key, and index saved me some time. The damaged front and back covers were a bit disappointing, but value to quality holds up.Pros:⢠Paper didn’t ghost not bleed until the 6th layer of mildliner. Sharpie SâGel .7 and .5, Felt tip fine liner, and ballpoint all tested and no ghosting.⢠Lay-flat binding has not showed any cracking and does not fight to close.⢠Ample spacing in the index.⢠Cover and paper feel are wonderful⢠Weight is as expected.⢠Color matches product images.⢠Value of product v. price is reasonable.Cons:⢠Cover arrived stained with green spots, and scuffed places.⢠The provided Key is neither lined or dot grid, but felt wasteful to ignore.⢠The provided Grid Spacing key is convenient to not have to count, but is broke up in odd amounts. I added lines to the dots to make it match up as an movable template as the edge on the grid spacer is irritating.

A perfect notebook
Absolutely amazing notebook. Paper do not bleed through (or at least I haven’t discovered anything that bleeds through), the dots are visible enough (but not too bright), the cover is sooo nice to touch. 11/10!

I love this journal already! The pre-printed page numbers, index, key, and pen test page are a huge help. The markings on the grid for half/quarter pages is also super useful. I’m so happy they included a cardstock grid guide, so I don’t need to count the grid myself! I guess this is a new thing, looking at previous reviews, so the addition of the grid spacing guide is a huge improvement. The paper is smooth and thick. The 160 gsm weight is perfect for gouache and watercolour (not too much water of course) and the amount of buckling is not crazy. Sharpie is OK on this. My fine tip Sharpie ghosted a bit. It would probably bleed through if I drew slower, like alcohol inks usually do.My fountain pens also take to the paper very well, with no bleeding, no ghosting, and a teeny bit of feathering depending on the ink. I tested with a Lamy Safari EF and Pilot Kakuno F, both with Diamine Earl Grey and they worked very well on the paper. There is a little bit of tooth on the paper, but it’s too much that the pen scratches on the paper.

This is a wonderful bullet journal. Yes it’s quite expensive but in my opinion it’s worth the money for serious journalists who like to add drawing and painting to their bujos. It’s sturdy, well made and very pleasing to the eye. The cover has a soft touch which is very nice. The pages have dots which align properly and are thick enough to hold light water colour washes. As long as you don’t add too much water they don’t buckle. What’s more there is no bleed through and barely any ghosting. This of course depends on the pens you use but I’m using sakura pigma, faber castell pitt pens, tombow and zig water colour pens and have no problems.Overall a great journal, and one that I will continue using. Thank you Yop and Tom.
