Hot towels, easy set-up!
As someone who is literally always cold, my towel warmer is a staple in my shower routine. However, my 17-year-old daughter keeps trying to hijack the towel warmer I have currently, so I decided to try this one out so that I could give her my old one. Even though this towel warmer is similarly priced to the one I purchased at a major department store two years ago, it’s superior in several ways. It’s a much larger capacity, so it can fit multiple towels. It heats up the towels much faster and the heat is distributed much more evenly than with the one I’ve been using. I love that this one can even handle blankets! Who doesn’t love a warm, snuggly blanket! Set-up was a breeze and it’s pretty easy to function as well. It has a heating option and a drying option, as well as some options for timers and time delays. Lastly, the warmer does break down and snap into a compact form. I plan to keep it set-up in the bathroom though…and there is no way I’m letting my daughter nab this one from me!

Could be improved upon
I was excited for this product initially but was a bit disappointed overall. This towel warmer says that it can fit two large towels and it really doesn’t. We used Cozy Earth bath towels and one barely fits within this warmer.The other thing to note is that the directions say to place the towels on top of the metal hangers so that they don’t get too hot- but I did exactly that with one towel for the 20 minutes on the times and the towel was barely warm for my husband when he got out of the shower.I was not impressed with this product as its smaller than expected and takes a lot longer to warm towels as advertised.

Non collapsing towel âwarmerâ
I was really hoping to like this because Iâve always wanted a warm towel after a nice shower, but this definitely fell below my expectations. No clear instructions on how to best heat up the towels in the unit unless weâre just supposed to place it directly on the fan and heating elements? Definitely does not hold more than a single oversized towel as advertised. I barely fit one in there. The towels were definitely warmer coming out, but I wouldnât say anywhere near as warm as Iâve experienced with other towel heaters. In terms of set up aside from having to use a little bit of elbow grease to get the arms inside it to keep it set up. You will never be able to get it closed unless youâre storing the support arms outside of the unit, which seems rather inconvenient personally.My suggestion is save your money and keep looking

Great addition to any bathroom!
Although I am loving having heated towels sitting right outside the shower, I believe there are few issues with this machine. First, it was fairly easy to put together. You really had to push to get the side bars into the four corners and snapped into the right place. While it didn’t take an extreme amount of time, I don’t for see myself wanting to do this before and after each shower. So I will have to find a place to store it in the extended position. However, I do like that the option is there and if I had to, I could very well store it after each use. The buttons and functionality are very simple and easy to understand without even reading the directions. The buttons are easy to push and the display is easy to read. I do wish the cord was longer. Most bigger bathrooms are not going to have an outlet near the shower and so I’m either going to have to use an extension cord or continue to get out and move to the warmer in order to get my towel. I do like that I can fit multiple towels in there. However, I was confused by what the air outlet was. I’m assuming it is the bottom of the warmer on the inside and by placing two towels on the hooks, it does become covered some. So I’m unsure if I’m using it incorrectly and if so, then only one towel could be heated at a time if it is not supposed to touch there. There are metal hooks on the top to hang the towels. There is two problems with these, they come off anytime you move the towel and the lid does not shut if they are not in their holes and they get extremely hot when the warmer is on. I burnt my fingers the first time I removed a towel and it came dislodged and I went to put it back in place so I could shut the lid. But if I don’t use them, the towels cover the bottom vent. This is a huge design flaw. My last issue with the warmer is the companies use of the term “child lock”. There is not a child lock on this. The button to open the warmer is under a hard portion of the lid, there is no trick to open it, you just push it in and lift. My 3 year old watched me open it one time and very easily replicated what I did and opened it on her own. I could see where a child, not having seen someone else do it, may not know how to open it right away on their own. But there is definitely nothing actually keeping a child from opening it. I do love the towel warmer and will continue to use it. Nice, useful, towel warmer/dryer.
Arrived in two days in great condition ( packed well in a box inside of another packing box). Assembly was easy enough with simple directions. It is big enough inside to hold and heat 2 bath towels. There are metal hangers if you want to dry them too. There is a button for warm or dry and a timer from 20 minutes up to 60 min and a delay button too. My only issue, if there is one, is the instructions for using the warmer are not very clear. ( trial and error, for me, was necessary). Still, I am happy with it.

Luxurious!
Such a wonderful bit of extra for my bathroom. Towel warmer gets the towel just the perfect amount of warm, such a nice touch. This was easy to assemble, doesn’t take up much room. Plus it has a setting for drying a wet towel as well as warming a dry towel. Very nice device.
