Not that warm
I like the size of the unit, but it does not get as warm as the previous Zadro towel warmer I had.

Great Towel Warmer!
This lovely towel warmer comes in handy and is perfect for the colder seasons.The warmer can fit either a large towel or two medium towels, and by the time you finish your shower, you’ll have a hot towel waiting for you.

Works as advertised
Towels warmed well and depending on thickness of towel unit can only hold two large towels. We placed them in loosely as rolling will not get hot enough.

Doesn’t get as warm as I expected
This is my first towel warmer and while it’s nice .. it doesn’t heat up as well as I anticipated. It’s warm but not enough. I had it on the highest setting and in the warmer for 15 minutes before getting it out… personally wouldn’t recommend but might be perfect option for someone else.

I Like This Towel Warmer… But It Could Be Better
This towel warmer has enough interior space to hold up to three bath towels (27″ x 54″) or two bathrobes. It has a six foot power cord that can be wrapped and hidden at the bottom of it, which is nice. The lid’s two hook design (One at each end) allows it to be connected to the base using one end, while using the other one to hang socks or damp bath towels on. It also has a compartment on the interior of the lid for aromatherapy, but a fragrance wasn’t included in the package.It has a simple two button design (With indicator lights); One for power/heat levels (High, Low), and one for the timer (15, 30, 45, 60 minutes). Also, the timer does have auto-shutoff.I wanted to see how well it would work, so I tried two different methods to heat towels. First, I dropped three bath towels inside, place the lid on, set it for high heat, and chose15 minutes on the timer. It accurately shut itself off after 15 minutes, and after waiting for a few minutes to allow for some cool down, I checked to see how well the towels were heated. While the two top towels were totally warm, the bottom towel was partially cool. I then rolled the three towels, and after the same 15 minute timer, every towel was completely warm.I also tried it with one item (Bath towel, bathrobe) on a 15 minute timer, and it completely heated the item, whether rolled or dropped in.However, there are three minor things that I didn’t like about this towel warmer. First, it made an intermittent popping noise the entire time the items were heating. Second, it doesn’t have a locking lid to keep children from opening the lid while it’s hot. Third, it doesn’t have a digital countdown display, nor any sound once its finished, so I had to use my phone’s timer to keep up with the remaining time.Even though I listed three things that could be better, I like this towel warmer because it works. It does perform the job it’s supposed to do.

Works great, but barely big enough for two bath towels
I got this to put just inside the sliding doors to my patio so we can have warm towels when we get out of the hot tub. It’s important to note that this is to be used inside only, so installing it on my covered patio is not an option. It works well to warm a towel within a couple of minutes and keep it warm until you are ready to use it. Once used, the towels stay warm for up to five minutes, which is wonderful.Two heat settings are provided and four timer settings in 15-minute increments from 15 to an hour. The lid has a handle on the outside and an aromatherapy basket on the inside should you want to infuse your towels with scents, which is cool, but superfluous. Functionally, everything works great and the unit looks fine with its minimalist styling and small set of LEDs.However, I wish the capacity were a bit larger. We have to roll our oversized bath towels tightly and crush them down in order to get them to fit so we can seat the lid properly. First world problem, I know, but a luxury item should do the work for you. Other than this bit of annoyance, I really like this product.
